1. About Our Products
A: Lumozi night lamps are made with soft-touch silicone materials and low-heat LED lighting. Selected models are made with BPA-free silicone and tested to applicable safety standards. Please check each product page for model-specific details.
A: A fully charged Lumozi lamp typically lasts between 8 to 10 hours, depending on the brightness level, color mode, and usage setting selected.
A: Each lamp includes a USB charging cable. You can plug it into a standard USB port, power bank, or compatible phone adapter. A full charge usually takes about 2 to 3 hours.
A: Lumozi lamps use low-heat LED lighting and are designed for gentle evening use. As with any electronic product, we recommend following the product instructions, keeping the charging port dry, and using the lamp responsibly.
A: Most models feature tap or squeeze control. Depending on the model, you can tap or gently squeeze the silicone body to cycle through light colors, adjust brightness, or switch modes.
2. Shipping & Delivery
A: Yes. The United Kingdom is our primary market. Orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment center in China.
A: We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders over £59.99 GBP. For orders below £59.99 GBP, a flat shipping fee of £6.99 GBP will be applied at checkout.
A: We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped from China, delivery to the UK typically takes 7 to 15 business days for standard shipping. Expedited options may be faster where available.
A: As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can enter this number on our Track Your Order page to see live updates.
3. Returns & Refunds
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
A: Please email us at Lumozi-1@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps if your return is accepted.
A: For standard change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility in China. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
A: After we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund if approved. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Usage & Care
A: Wipe the silicone surface gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Please keep the charging port dry and do not submerge the lamp in water.
A: Some models may support use while charging, but we recommend checking the product instructions for your specific model and avoiding use in wet or enclosed conditions while charging.
