1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods, such as holidays or major sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Origin
All our products are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment center in China. We partner with reliable international couriers to help ensure your package reaches you safely and efficiently.

3. Shipping Costs & Options
We offer tiered shipping rates for customers in the United Kingdom based on your order value and preferred delivery speed. All shipping costs are listed in British Pounds (£).
We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders over £59.99 GBP.
For UK orders under £59.99 GBP, a flat shipping rate of £6.99 GBP applies.
Faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Depending on the service selected, an additional fee of £9.99 to £11.99 GBP may apply.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped from our facility in China, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the option selected at checkout.

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
The tracking link may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to help ensure faster delivery. In this case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
Lumozi aims to make shipping clear and smooth for UK customers. For most low-value UK shipments, standard import duties and taxes are handled through our order and shipping process where applicable.
However, if any additional customs fees, import charges, local taxes, or carrier handling fees are applied by customs authorities or local delivery providers, these charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
Customs and VAT rules may vary depending on order value, destination, and local regulations.
7. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbours, household members, building reception, safe place, or local post office.
If you still cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
