At Lumozi, we are dedicated to bringing our adorable night lamps to our customers in the United Kingdom. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy the warm glow of our products. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping costs, and delivery options.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods, such as holidays or major sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. SHIPPING ORIGIN

All our products are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment center in China. Our dispatch address is: B3-302, Yongjingyuan, Dongqu, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China We partner with reliable international couriers to ensure your package reaches you safely and efficiently.

3. SHIPPING COSTS & OPTIONS (UNITED KINGDOM)

We offer tiered shipping rates based on your order value and your preferred delivery speed. All costs are listed in British Pounds (£).

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders over £59.99 GBP.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under £59.99 GBP, a flat rate of £6.99 GBP applies.

  • Expedited Shipping Options: At checkout, you will have the option to select faster shipping methods. Depending on the service level chosen, an additional fee ranging from £9.99 to £11.99 GBP will be added to your total for priority handling and faster transit.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been processed and shipped from our facility in China, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 5 to 10 business days (depending on the option selected at checkout).

Note: These are estimated delivery times provided by our shipping partners. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal service delays, or unforeseen weather conditions.

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24-48 hours. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery; in this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

6. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped to the UK, Lumozi covers standard import duties and taxes for most low-value shipments. However, if any additional customs fees or taxes are applied by local customs authorities upon entry, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY & FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
